Alessandro has been associated with the Finance for Development Lab since October 2023, focusing on sovereign debt, sustainable finance, and central banks. Before joining FDL, he worked at the OECD for 18 months. He also worked as a Research Assistant at Sciences Po on non-bank financial institutions and central banks’ role in financial stability. Alessandro is a graduate of EPP master at Sciences Po and PPD master at PSE. His master’s thesis at PSE focused on the macroeconomic impact of Chile’s monetary
policy during the Bretton Woods period under the supervision of Eric Monnet.
