Researcher
Emanuele is a Researcher at the Finance for Development Lab, where he works on issues related to the reform of the global financial architecture, the composition and the dynamics of public debt, and the probability of debt distress. Prior to this, he worked in the Public Debt Management Unit of the OECD, where he conducted research on the issuance of ESG-labelled sovereign bonds, as well as in the public administration in Italy. He also teaches macroeconomics tutorials at Sciences Po Paris.
Emanuele is a graduate of Sciences Po, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy.
