Gregoire De Miguel is a graduate of ENS Paris-Saclay, HEC Paris, Paris School of Economics, and Sorbonne University. He has developed experience across Financial Market and Sovereign Advisory, with a particular focus on sovereign debt and restructuring, including work on Zambia and Ghana. He has also worked at the French Treasury in Kenya, as well as at Caisse des Dépôts and the French Budget Directorate.
