Simon Desmet graduated from the University of Paris-Dauphine-PSL, he spent a year as an intern at the Banque de France and at the Swiss Export Risk Insurance (SERV). His research focuses on financial macroeconomics, and more precisely sovereign debt, public finance and export finance.
