Andrea is a researcher at the Finance for Development Lab, focusing on the modelling of debt sustainability analysis for emerging market economies and the impact of climate change and climate-transition on the public debt dynamics. Priorly, he worked at the Monetary Policy Department of Banque de France, conducing research on sovereign yields differentials in the Eurozone and the role of central banks’s activity in influencing the spreads.

He also held positions as an intern-economist at the European Space Agency and at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. During his studies, he spent short-term visits in Mannheim, Berlin and Moscow.

Andrea holds a Master of Research from Paris School of Economics and is a graduate in economics of Sant’Anna School of Advances Studies and the University of Pisa.
