Yoan Raïh

Senior Economist

Yoan Raïh is a Senior Economist at the Finance for Development Lab.

Before joining the Lab, Yoan was seconded to the National Treasury of Kenya, where he advised on public debt management and climate finance issues. He has also worked with several administrations on public finance management and greening the financial system in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Before this, Yoan worked for the Banque de France, where he contributed to the implementation of monetary policy, notably through Quantitative Easing programs, and to the regulation of the financial sector.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and is graduate from Sciences Po Lille.
