Charles Albinet

Research Fellow

Charles Albinet is an economist and sovereign debt practitioner. Over the past decade, he has advised governments on public debt sustainability issues and macro-policy reforms in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Southern Europe. He most recently assisted countries in sovereign debt restructurings during the COVID-19 crisis, as well as in financing their recovery.

Charles graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s MPA/ID program, Ecole polytechnique (X 2010), Columbia University and Sciences Po.
