Guiliu Luo joined FDL as a Research Fellow and Project Manager – China Initiative. She holds a PhD in private law from Panthéon-Assas University and has been certified with the CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer) since 2025. His thesis focuses on foreign investments, with particular emphasis on the case of China, through a comparative study of Chinese, French and European Union laws. Her areas of specialization include foreign investment control, merger control and foreign subsidies.
