Mai-Linh Florentin

Communications Director, Finance for Development Lab

Mai-Linh Florentin is an international communications specialist with 15 years’ experience and a particular focus on international development. Relying on her legal background and experience gained in French ministries, Mai-Linh has spearheaded many complex international programmes and campaigns in Africa, Europe and Asia, developing and implementing impact-driven strategies with and for governments, international organisations and philanthropists. Since 2017, she has been contracted as a communications expert for the OECD, researching and writing reports on topics such as digital transformation, accessibility and inclusivity, and the use of data and behavioural insights for policy and communication purposes.

Mai-Linh graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master in Public Administration. She also holds a Master of Law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and an LL.M. from the Berlin Humboldt University.
