Mai-Linh Florentin

Mai-Linh Florentin is an international communications specialist with 15 years of experience, focusing on international development. She has a legal background and gained experience in French ministries. Mai-Linh has led complex international programs and campaigns in Africa, Europe, and Asia, developing and implementing impact-driven strategies with and for governments, international organisations, and philanthropists. Since 2017, she has worked as a communications expert for the OECD, conducting research on topics such as digital transformation, accessibility and inclusivity, and the use of data and behavioural insights for policy and communication purposes.

Mai-Linh graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s in Public Administration. She also holds a Master of Law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and an LL.M. from the Berlin Humboldt University.
