Jules is primarily interested in issues related to Capital Markets and alternative financing instruments, combining a policy and financial approach. He is working on developing a compensation fund model that could take on financial risks to finance emerging economies.

He has previous experiences in Sovereign Advisory and the Banking industry.

He holds a Bachelor of International Relations from King’s College London and a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics.
